  • We specialize in professional DJ and live production gear, including Pioneer CDJ-3000s, DJM-A9 mixers, SHEHDS 3W RGB Lasers, and Rockville ROCKHAZE 700 hazers. Bundle packages and add-ons are also available for full event setups.

  • We’re based in Nashville, Tennessee, and serve the greater Middle Tennessee area. Pickup and drop-off are arranged in West Nashville, but delivery or on-site setup is available for an additional fee.

  • Yes! Delivery, setup, and teardown can be arranged upon request for an additional charge depending on distance and setup complexity. For most rentals, clients choose pickup and self-setup to save on costs.

  • Yes — a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals to cover potential damage or loss. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment rented and is returned once the gear is inspected after return.

  • You’ll need a valid photo ID, a signed rental agreement, and a credit or debit card for payment and security deposit. Some orders may require proof of insurance or a business affiliation for high-value items or long-term rentals.

  • We offer daily, weekend, and weekly rental rates. Extended rental terms or multi-event agreements are available on request — just reach out for a custom quote.

  • You’re responsible for the gear during the rental period. If equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit or billed to you directly. We recommend renters carry event or equipment insurance when possible.

  • Yes — all rentals come with power cables, Ethernet (Pro DJ Link) cables, and audio cables (RCA or XLR as requested). Additional adapters, flight cases, or stands can also be provided upon request.

  • Absolutely. Each item is available individually, or you can bundle for a discounted rate. Our Pro DJ Bundle includes two CDJ-3000s and one DJM-A9 — the exact setup used on top artist riders worldwide.

  • Yes — our CDJ-3000s are fully compatible with Rekordbox via USB drive or laptop, and also support Serato DJ Pro (HID Mode) for advanced control.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial fee. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • For most rentals, we provide phone and text support during your event window. On-site technical assistance can also be booked in advance for larger setups or performances.
